Original photograph of Metlakatla Church

by
Thomas Eaton "Native Photographer"

Probably 1895 or 1896, soon after the church was finished in 1895.
Thomas Eaton was Tsimshian and undoubtedly learned photography from William
Duncan. His photographs are exceedingly rare.
