Dimpsey and published by Helbock in 1978. This is copy # 108 of a limited edition of 300 copies. Covers the elements of a Naval Post Office cover along with a history of the Navy in Alaska prior to 1959 and the identification of the Navy Shore Installations, Seabee Units and Coast Guard Installations in Alaska. The covers, binding and pages are in very good condition. The "first edition" was issued as a series of articles in a journal, therefore, this revised second edition is actually the first edition, technically.
Either way, it is:

VERY VERY RARE.
States "200 copies" but I suspect that far less were actually printed based on its extreme rarity.
Maybe the outbreak of World War II put a halt to finishing the print run.
