The Thlinget was the newspaper of the Sitka Training School, also known as the Sitka Industrial School, or the Sheldon Jackson School. This May 1912 issue was the next to last issue, I believe. 1912 was the same year that the Alaska Native Brotherhood was founded in Sitka. |
